Perl Development Tool kit?

Is there any visual debugger for perl through I can debug my cgi-bin programs?

Like VB development enviorment debugger and editor built in one?

The built in Perl debugger is only text based, you could still call it visual I guess. As ozo pointed out, you run it by saying perl -d your_script.pl.

If you want to pay money, ActiveState make  a developer kit with a windows based visual debugger built in: http://www.activestate.com/pdk/
