Multiple Calendars

As an assistant looking after two others appointments as well as my own, does Outlook allow multiple calendars to be set up and accessed by more than one user at a time?

i.e. I need access to three different calendars, another would need access to their own plus my calendar.

Are you using an Exchange Server at your site?
MS has an add-in for OL2K that is supposed to make this easier.  Get it at this site:

It needs Exchange Server to work
You will need to be logged in as the owner of the calendar. Right-click on the calendar in the folder list, and choose properties. In the permissions tab, select ADD, and put yourself in as Editor. This will allow you full control. Exit and go do this on the others. Then go to your outlook, go to tools, services, MSExchange server properties, advanced, and select those mailboxes to open in addition to your own. OK your way back out. Now in your folder list, you will have those mailboxes in the list, open those calendars. You will be able to make changes, delete appointments, etc.
