Dual boot

I have two hard drives, a 13 gig and a 4 gig. windows is on the 13 gig and linux on the 4 gig. Have been using boot magic. It will not work with this setup, gives error hard drive is to large for boot magic. what is the best way to setup this dual boot system. Is there another utility that I can use?

Have you tried lilo (i.e. linux loader)?  Contrary to how it sounds, lilo is a general purpose boot loader that was originally created for linux.

Your too-large problem is a well known and understood situation.  There are many ways around it.  Look here for indepth coverage:
