Black Box appears when seting up window 95

When I try to install windows 95 on my PC after it was hit by the CIH Virsus which corrputed my hard drive. I have now got a new hard drive and i can get the system to boot fine and can run scan
disk fine. But when I try and run windows 95 setup it fine untill you get to the license aggrement and click I agree the computer just frezzes with a black box in the middle of screen. I have tried a number of diffrent hard drive and video cards and nothing seem to work. Any Ideas

Did you run fdisk on the new drive and setup the active partition with system files.
Do you have friend that have pc or do you have another pc? Install w95 with that pc and try run it in yours.
The black box will sometimes show up if you have VIRUS PROTECTION enabled in the BIOS. The Black box is actually a dos dialog saying that the MASTER BOOT RECORD is about to be modified are you sure you want to continue. Disable the VIRUS PROTECTION in the BIOS and see if you have the same problem.

turn off the Virus protection and it worked thank you.
