When do you need the pagebreak, because in the DataReport you can set it at the Page Footer, ForcePageBreak property.
Or isn't this what you're looking for ?

I created a extra command_header and footer. I want to put the pagebreak in that command_footer.

ex: 001(command_header)
      john doe
      lisa doe

    **pagebreak**(command_footer)

    002

Create an extra command_header/footer.
Place the same data in it but invisible and set the ForcePageBreak prop to 2.

In the syntax where do I put the pagebreak?

ex:
DataReport1.Section(n).ForcePageBreak(n)

rovermCommented:
DataReport1.Section(n).ForcePageBreak = 2 !
Or at design time in the properties window ! Refer to the section by name !
