Adobe Software issue

when I try to use the calendar/labels function everything goes ok until I pick a label to use or a format and then I am prompted with the message...insert the CD"HP_Scanning"in drive D. Then click ok
with the disk in the cd-rom drive when I click on ok I am prompted with this message....
Can't find photo stored in file "d:\pdart\Template\Labels\mailing.jpg".
how do I fix this problem...is it a bad disk?  I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times.  Please Help

Don't worry.  There is no problem with the disk.  It's just that the Adobe PhotoDeluxe software is unable to locate the specific file in your PhotoDeluxe CD.

Please make sure that the PhotoDeluxe CD is inserted.  If the problem is still unable to locate the file, click on "find file" and point to the specific file in your CD.

I hope this helps.

Thanks.

I wish it were that easy.  When I try that all the files are empty, there are no pictures in any of the files and can get nothing to open.  Still in need of help

That worked for the labels but not for the calendars.  I believe that I have a defective disk so I shall return to where purchased since just bought it yesterday.  Thank you for your help.
