Best freeware help maker tool?

I am looking for a high quality freeware program to create professional help documentation for my own freeware programs.  Can anyone suggest a really good one, which is easy-to-use, WYSIWYG, totally free and produces very professional Windows '95 style help files?

From this link you could download differents kind of help tools :

"Help & Manuals" is one of these.

(This site shows some programs which are developed in Delphi :-)

Thank you for your proposed answer.  Unfortunately "Help & Manuals" is commercial not freeware.

The other help tools on the list are either shareware or commercial.

I have not seen any freeware help authoring tools which are both free and easy to use. Usually totally freeware help authoring tools are difficult to use from what I have seen. You get what you pay for.

Hi Zif!   :-)

How are you?

Hmmm... If I remember right, you had plans to create your own help file creator, right? How far did you get with this project?

Regards, Madshi.

Hi Madshi,

Fine, I found again some joy and time to come at E-E.

still thinking on it :-). I tried several parser ideas. But none gave a good result :-(.

How are you?

Zif.
