Accessing internet with linux with win95 box as gateway

I have an internal intel pro/dsl modem installed on a pc that runs both redhat linux 6.0 and win98.  I have that box networked on a peer-to-peer network to a win95 box.  I can't find any drivers for my modem to work with linux, so is there a way I can put the modem in my win95 box and have the win95 box be a gateway and route packets to the linux box so I can have access to the internet using linux?  Is there a special program I need for win95 to do this?  If so, where can I get it?

Thanks for any help you can offer.

P.S. I still haven't got the network to work at all between the win95 box and the linux/win98 box except for through windows.

Take a look at wingate.  This will set up a proxy/gateway.
