Why would this happen?  there is not restrictions in the file size, it only happens after business hours, and only on certain machines.  I just don't get it!

Do you get an error message?  What is it?  At what point do you get an error message?

If you don't get an error message, how far can you get?  Do you get the dialog box to select the file?  Then what happens?

What version of Notes are you using?

4.6.5a intnl clients - no error messages - when they click the clip nothing happens and they are in the rtf, also if they go to file - attach - NOTHING!  this is also an intermittent problem!

That article was very helpful!  I will replace the file and see if that helps.
