Drive letter

Under 98 I could change the drive letter allocated to cd/dvd drives.

Now I cant find any such setting?

Can we still do this?

Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Found it:

To disable CD Autorun:

Start RegEdit (regedt32.exe)
Drill down to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/System/CurrentControlSet/Services/Cdrom
Edit the following item:
Autorun: set to 0 (zero).
To re-enable it, do the same, but set Autorun to 1.
