You can manipulate with "Microsoft Internet Controls."

Go to Project->References and include
"Microsoft Internet Controls" Library

Than you can test it with simple code

Dim IE As New InternetExplorer

Private Sub Command1_Click()
 IE.Visible = True
 IE.Navigate "http://www.yahoo.com"
 
 'only for example:
 IE.ToolBar = False

End Sub
