Printing a graphic screen

What is the source to print a graphic screen generated by another program in windows 3.11? I think the screen should be first captured and then printed but, What is the code for those operations?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I know that in Windows NT (maybe in 95/98) you can copy the active window to clipboard with ALT + PRINTSCREEN.

So if you can do it in Win 3.11 you can
activate the window you want to print and imitate keys press from the code .
Than try to print the clipboard.
