Hi,
Phone dialer uses MS TAPI. For information on TAPI there is an excellant book by Chris Sells. ALso MSDN provides some samples for beginners.

Here is the faq:

All the links to the useful sites are available there including links to samples.

Hi,
If you have any further queries and wish experts to answer them please increase the points. TAPI is a big OCEAN and you cannot expect us to answer you queries for free (relative).

But you can always look upon us for pointes and titbits. Donot expect direct code for the points alloted.
