'Bridge' isn't exactly the right word - you want to route packets between your token-ring network and the internet.  Linux wll do this.  To find out more, check out the networking HOWTOs at metalab.unc.edu/Linux/docs/HOWTOs and read the Linux Networking Guide which should be available there too.  Basically, you set up your token ring card with ifconfig, set up your Internet connection (whether ppp or eth0 or however you connect), then you enable routing in your kernel by doing 'echo 1 > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_forward', then you set up your routes with something like 'route add -net 0.0.0.0 dev eth0' if you have an Ethernet card to the Internet, and your linux box is a router.  This of course gets your network on the Internet, and lets all the script kiddies start hacking away at your network.  If this sounds bad, better read about firewalling, and if you have only one IP address read the mini-Howto on IP-Masquerading and also read about ipchains.  If this is all new to you, expect to spend several days/weeks figuring it out, or hire a consultant if you need it done faster.  Good luck.

Wouldn't it be safer to firewall? Check the firewall how-to, you can find it through www.linux.org, got to docomentation section, follow the links
