Borland C++ OWL Library????

Can someone direct me towards a quality how to book on OWL programming or a web site with instruction on how to get started using this Library. I have been reading the help section but I can't figure out where to start. Oh yeah, I am also looking for a good set of mouse call routines instead of what borland offers.
Thanks alot for the help.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Simple tutorial see:
Test you examples\owl directories
for texts of this tutorial
For more information see OWL and many links to OWL recources)
And from offline book i recomend(a bit
old but good for beginning)
Tom Swan "Advanced Programming in Borland C++" .
I hope, it helps. Alex
