"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

First you need to install your DOS mouse software in a directory called c:\mouse.

Then, you can either load them automatically by adding

c:\mouse\mouse.com

to your autoexec.bat file.

To edit the autoexec.bat file type

sysedit [enter]

from the Run option on your start menu.

Another option is to manually type

c:\mouse\mouse.com [enter]

every time you reboot to DOS.
