How do you set up a simple C++ Builder 4.0 Thread?

What libraries/code is requried to set up a simple thread using Borland C++ Builder 4.0? Give a simple example. Thanks

I agree that the example shows the easiest way to do it in Builder.

You can however also use the standard Windows API calls to start threads but that would only be needed if you were going to port the code later. In fact, if you port it you will be better off writing your own tthread anyhow ...
