Does anybody know a tool similar to 'Javadoc' for C++? I want to generate C++ code documentation automatically in HTML, PDF or whatever..

Thanks in advanced

There are certainly some tools that you pay for that do this sort of thing, don't know about free stuff, however.

Look at SNIFF+ at http://www.takefive.com

I suppose something like web2c (TeX related). I'll look around.

As you explicitly mentioned 'javadoc', 'CcDoc' is what you're looking for: http://www.joelinoff.com/ccdoc/

"Introduction
The CcDoc tool is a javadoc like tool that automatically generates web documentation from C++ programs by parsing the source file headers. It was written because I write code in both Java and C++ and wanted a consistent interface for both. I tried very hard to stay true to the javadoc syntax and tool flow but, because of language differences I was forced to change (or add) a few things."
