You can send the folders back and forth between Outlook and Outlook Express... and you can export the address book as text-delimited....<br />

Click File -&gt; Export -&gt; Messages... and it should guide you though the rest... This is in Outlook Express 5...<br />

Once the data is in OutLook, I'm pretty sure you have more options in exporting the data. If you go into the folder you want to export, then goto File -&gt; Import &amp;&nbsp;Export... &nbsp;then click Export to File... you can export it as all kinds of things... this is in Outlook 2000 anyway... &nbsp;<br />

By exporting messages...it seems to want to have outlook installed, because it only seems to work by directly exporting into Outlook..(I tried this on a different machine that Had outlook)<br />
