Could I create a DDE client using Perl ?
How ?.. What are the commands ?
Could you provide me with a sample code ?

If you're talking about a client then have a look at the Win32::DDE module which you will find at http://www.activeste.com/packages/zips if your using the ActiveState version of perl.
