Suse 6.2 +dial-on-demand

Hi!
Got a problem with setting up my Suse 6.2 Linux. The system is configured to be a mailserver /Internet-gateway (Proxy Squid) for our office. The internetconnection is established with " wvdial" and is working quiet well, but I have to start it manually. How can I configure it to establish a connection itself everytime I (or a client on the network) start a browser and close the connection when I exit the browser? For Suse 6.3- wvdial there´s a nice script for doing this  on the Suse-homepage(http://sdb.suse.de/sdb/de/html/hoe_wv_dod_start.html), but it only works with 6.3....and some tips to configure this for 6.0 and 6.1 (but there the pppd-daemon is started by suseppp, which is no longer used in 6.2).
What can I do ?
