Use a resource twice.

I've got a resource file with an AVI in it that I put over a splash screen.  When the splash is finished, I free it, so the AVI file is now gone.

I want to put the AVI file on another form later, but cannot reference the RES file twice, or assign the resource to two objects.  The file itself is about 800kb, so I don't want to use 2 resource files.  Anyway, I don't believe that that's the only way of doing it.  Can anyone offer any help?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Don't declare the RES file in the form unit....declare it in the project source and then use ResID to assign it.  You can do that as much as you like.
