OE 5 - exporting a .wab file

How do I export my whole address book in Outlook
Express 5 so that I can import it into Outlook 97?
I did an export and generated a .wab file, but nothing
seems to be able to read or import this file!

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Take a look here for something that can help:

Outlook 98 & 2000 can directly import from the WAB while Outlook 97 needs external help.

I believe you can also export to a Comma Separated Value (CSV) file, which Outlook 97 will be able to work with.  [Note: I think distribution lists gets left behind. :(]
