Anyone familiar with the 'Browse' tag (button)?

I am working with a 'browse' button (that opens an explorer window so you can pick a document to upload.)
This is the code: '<input type="file">' I need to know if I can default a drive for this function (i.e., "c:\").

Anyone have an idea?

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I was hoping someone else might have a different response.  I'll give it another day or so, then I'll accept your answer.
If someone does not give you a good answer, please do not give them an A.  That way others will not spend their points on getting the poor answer that you got.
