IE 4.0 problem. Works in 5.0

have an hyperlink that is passing more than one value to another page and it is not working in IE 4.0 but works in 5.0.

example:

<A href="admin_notes.edit_note?id=1111&Notekey=4&title=hello">

I am calling a PL/SQL script and it fails because it thinks the
first and second parameter are one.

when you place the cursor over the hyperlink you can see in the status bar

id=1111<garbage>ekey=111&title=hello

Any suggestions?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hi there,

I've taken a look at this on both a PC and my Mac.

There are a couple of things you should try:

1.  Replace the '&' symbols with &amp; this is the ASCII code for an Ampersand

2.  Replace the quote marks with ' single quotes.

Hope it helps
