I have Windows NT 4 workstation,<br />
Service Pak 4 , frontPage 98 and Visual interdev.<br />
My Computer name is STAR.<br />
World Wide Web Publishing Server is started.<br />
When I try to create a New project, I am getting this error message<br />

frontpage 98 also gives the error "404 Not found."
