looking for checked version of rdr.sys

I'm trying to create a log file for the browser election.  Every place i look said to change the registry (which i already did) and then use rdr.chk (checked version of rdr) instead of the original rdr.sys.  So far no place tell where i can find that file.
If you know please tell me or send it to me.
