The easiest way of doing it is going to and downloading there utility to do it. Or if you want to manually do it you can do it by going to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar and adding an string entry called BackBitmapIE5 and just put in the path and bitmap name of the one you want to show up. If you make the entry called BackBitmap it will show it in Internet Explorer as well as Windows Explorer.
