I can change the icon that is associated with the dialog box, but how can I change the icon that is associated with the application?<br />
In the Explorer, my application still has the standard MFC icon, even though it has the new icon on the left-top corner of the dialog box. Why is that?<br />
BTW - in C++ builder there is a special option that allows to change the application icon. Is there anything like that in the Visual Studio?
