Icon for an application

I can change the icon that is associated with the dialog box, but how can I change the icon that is associated with the application?
In the Explorer, my application still has the standard MFC icon, even though it has the new icon on the left-top corner of the dialog box. Why is that?
BTW - in C++ builder there is a special option that allows to change the application icon. Is there anything like that in the Visual Studio?

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

There are two icons 16x16 and 32x32. you need to set both of them. In resource editor in Icon editor on the top Device: Standard 32x32 and small 16x16. you need to replace both
