Please HELP SOON!!!!! IMPORTANT

A friend of mine has cable connection.  He is new at computers and tried to split a mp3 and it ended up sending it to me 81 times.  Now my outlook box is full and i everytime i sign on to outlook it starts automatically downloading something i dont even want.  How can i make it stop it.  Please dont tell me i have to download every darn one of them.  I have outlook 5

fool you.  There is enough information in this article that will show you how to telnet into you POP account and delete the offending messages.

If this is something that you don't want to try.  You could also try Magic Mail Monitor (Freeware/shareware) that can let you purge messages before downloading.
