Sorry, I can't find the URL. I remember there was a site that removed its GIF writing code (the reading code was still there) and gave a link to the Unisys copyright page. It was because of Unisys' patent on the LZW compression method used in GIF.

I need to be able to play an animated gif in an application. &nbsp;My only specification is, I need code, not a control. &nbsp;Actually, the only specification is that it has to be completely encapsulated in my exe, thus the reason why I don't wanna use a control (i don't want a installation program for it). &nbsp;If anybody has any pointers, go ahead and give them to me, as I am in desperate need of help.
