Where's testcal.exe

I get an error message that my computer cannot find "testcal.exe".  Where can I get this file?

just remove the testcall.exe loading
from the win.ini file
u will c
Load c:\.....\testcal.exe
put a ; like this in the begining of this line not to c this error again.

this file may be a past program u have uninstalled and is not removed from the win.ini file...

I looked in Win.ini and there is nothing there resembling testcal.exe fr that matter there is nothing there saying load c:\....\testcal.exe or for that matter resembling this.  Wha I do wrong??
go to start menu
choose run
type regedit
search for the file testcal.exe
delete every entry appears regarding testcal.exe
then restart and c
