I have a new clean installation of Win98 on a 100Mhz Pentium system. I will use it as a bastion host for internet access.<br />
It is possible to do a shutdown on that system, but if I try a restart (from the menu or after a installation, the system stops in the Shutdown Screen. There is no additional software on the system, just Win98 and SP1.<br />
Has anybody an idea where to start looking for the problem?<br />
