My scanner works fine scanning into my files and onto cds and disks but when I press the scann button, nothing.<br />
My printer (DeskJet 882C) also works fine from all other software but when I access the PrecisionScan Software I get error messages 1/2 the time (either illegal operation or printer is busy - but there are no print jobs in Q) the print button does not work either.<br />
I have had is just over 3 months so the warranty has now expired.<br />
I am at a loss and cannot find an answer on the web site.
