How Can i Launch my web page?
I have made a web page on powerpoint and i have saved it as a HTML file but i don't no how to launch it

if you saved as html file then simple open in to browser by give the path where file is located
or if thats what you men by lanching you cold just open your webbrowser and drag the fil in to it

No doubt you save you file in a directory, if your not sure where use (START-FIND-FILES) and type in the name. Then just double click on it and your default browser will pop up with you new page!
If you want to publish it to the web, i.e www.geocities.com then that's slight more exciting..

If you want to publish it to the web you need to register to any free web hosting or some of ISP might give you space to publish. Then you need to change your main html file to index.html. The address given will be your new address on the web. Anyway feel free to ask for details
