I don't think you will get a DB for a free website but here is one that comes pretty close:

I know of a site that provides free ASP, ColdFusion, and database access, but you'll have to raise the points.

Aracn1d/Nick: Wow, in my 2 + yrs of being a part of EE.. I have never heard of someone stating what you just did. That is very selfish and absolutely not the purpose of this site. The purpose is to help people and the points just make it fun.
