Net Send - finding sender
Hi,
if someone uses net send to send me a message, how can I find out who sent it? The person that did it is obviously using some sort of alias, but I can get the IP address pinging it.
Cheers.

If you have the ip address you can go to the DHCP log and see what hostname had lease on it when the net send was sent.

Where will I find the DHCP log?
Is it possible to put some sort of alias on the hostname? When the net send msgbox arrived, it was not a name which you would normally see on the network.
