How do I put(send) a message(email) on an Exchange Server 5.5 via MAPI in VC++ 6.x? That is, I want to know how I set the recipients addresses to anything I want (not only addresses in the addressbook).

How can I look up something in the GAL?
I might want to look for an email address and retrieve the faxnumber from that one. Or the other way around!
I can open(?) the GAL,but I cannot USE it! I cannot look into it! (I think)
I would like examples of USING the GAL.

I would not mind if those examples included how to put email directly into a certain folder (not via the standard 'Outbox'/'Inbox').
