"Backcolor and Setfocus Methods" to move focus change color to a particular cell in a DataGrid

I have been able to pull specific values out of a data grid using the cell value function. But would I like set the focus of a particular cell . Could someone send me the syntax ?  The help only shows how to setfocus or backcolor of the particular object not more specifically to a particular cell.

Hi VBFan,

 Use this code to setfocus on some particular cell:

Grid1.SetFocus
Grid1.Row = 5
Grid1.Col = 8

 So after that code the focus should be on the Cell with coordinates (5,8).

Hey I am trying to set the backcolor of a particular cell to red. I can do this on a text field object but not on a particular cell in a data grid. The setfocus piece worked fine but not the backcolor . Backcolor turned the whole grid red. Here is the method and the values that I want apply to some cell value if in error.

..BackColor = RGB(255, 0, 0)
