can't find missing .DLL

  when I start my computer I get this message Error starting program a requierd .DLL file pncrt.dll was not found. How do I find this file and how do I replace it.   Thank you

This file is installed with RealMedia software like RealPlayer G2.  You could try re-installing the software.  That should take care of the problem.  The file would be located in your windows/system directory.

If you open your win 98 cd in explorer
find Win98_56.cab pncrt.dll is in this
cab file if you then right click it you can extract the file you need to any
where on your hard drive.

Thank you again I already uninstaled real player and reinstaled it and that worked just fine. your second suggtion sounds good too I'll keep that in mind in case something like this ever happens again.
