Whenever I click the &quot;New Form&quot; icon on the Delphi GUI, I get a form that I added into the &quot;New...&quot; page. &nbsp;I just want to create the standard blank form, just like it used to do!<br />

Whenever I click the "New Form" icon on the Delphi GUI, I get a form that I added into the "New..." page.  I just want to create the standard blank form, just like it used to do!
