What is causing this error
"Thread= [00E6:00ED] PANIC:LookupHandle :handle not allocated."
Running Lotus Domino ® Server (Release 4.6.3a for Windows/32)
on NT 4.0 SP5 ???

From the instructions:

"You receive 75 free points when registering and 5 more free points every day thereafter as long as you remain an "active" member (activity in the past 30 days). This works out to about 2 or 3 free questions every month."

But I think there was also a possbility to buy some points. You can ask in the lounge.
