Yes.  I used the ones for NT4.  They worked just fine.

When I start the install from the AutoPlay I get a message that says I need NT4.0 or later. I am on build 2195.

What I used is the files off of the NT Server CD.  Just run the \CLIENTS\SRVTOOLS\WINNT\Setup.bat, and follow the directions from there.
