When will be support for java in Windows CE Pocket Internet Explorer ???

No there will be no support for java applets in Windows CE Pocket Internet Explorer. If you read the article

http://www.asia.microsoft.com/mind/0599/webCE/webCE.htm 

It discussed the internet explorer options on Windows CE. In you see figure 6 .. it lists the tags supported. The APPLET  tag is not supported by Pocket Internet explorer for any OS version (including the next version)



If you mean java support in

Internet Explorer for Windows CE

I would say yes .. only if you can a JVM on the device
