I have VC++ 6.0, where can i get this library file: "nafxcwd.lib"  ?

It should be in your VC installation directory i.e.

Microsoft Visual Studio\VC98\MFC\Lib

it allows you to create a DLL rather than an exe. If its not there I think you'll need to reinstall VC.

Is the release version missing too (nafxcw.lib) ?

No reason to reinstall VC; you should just copy it from the CD.

Note that some editions of VC don't ship with this DLL. "Academic" and "Educational" versions, for instance, don't include it.

not on my CD must not be included in Standard Version, Thanks anyway.

Indeed, it's not included in  VC++ Standard.  You need to upgrade, or switch your project to link to MFC in a Shared DLL.
