Dear Sir: Thanks for your advice which I followed. Performance of the push buttons is not consistent. At times the application is opened, at times it is not. The Copy Button does not always open the printer box. The File Button does not open the MS Word 2000 box directly, it shows other applications. The Email works consistently.<br />
The Fax Button says that my fax software -Phone Tools which is part of the Gateway Computer package is not supported (it is not listed in the supported applications).<br />

Buttons not working

A peripheral device is defined as a computer device, such as a keyboard or printer, that is not part of the essential computer (i.e., the memory and microprocessor).
