I got a Power Macintosh 6100/66AV PowerPC, but I can't seem to make it work. Aparently it suppose to be in functioning condition. However, I am trying to connect the components and all what I get is a diskette icon with a question mark on the monitor which stays there doing nothing. I don't get any operational lights on the keyboard and the mouse can't move the mentioned diskette icon. Can anybody tell me how to put this thing together? The best thing would be if I could get an address on the Internet wher I can download the manual for this system. The manual for this machine has been lost. Anybody there that can help me out here?

The disk icon with the question mark means that the system cant find the system software on the harddrive, Here is what i would do!

If you dont have the system cd go to www.apple.com -- products -- and search for system 7 dl a boot disk or 1st install disk, run rescue disk from the disk and repair the disk, if there is not an operating system on the disk, you can dl an older version of software of apple by the way i told you to get the boot disk.  You dont get a light on a mac keyboard because it does not use num lock like a pc.
