everything works fine up to and including preview scan. &nbsp;when I click on final scan, the window opens up the scanner moves a little bit and stops. &nbsp;the final scan doesn't happen for about 5 minutes(actual time). &nbsp;<br />

When it finally scans it all works fine, this scanner has been working great for the past 16 months. &nbsp;This is a new issue, nothing hardware or software has been added to the computer.<br />

When it finally scans it all works fine, this scanner has been working great for the past 16 months.  This is a new issue, nothing hardware or software has been added to the computer.
