zip cd-r giving me problems
I recently ordered an external zip cd-r drive from Iomega. It said on the website that it is mac compatable.
However it wasn't and there was no software to support it. I was rudely told that I would just have to wait until March until they got mac software.
They told me to go to c-net and download a toast program that would work with it.
I think this is unacceptable but does anyone have any ideas?
I'll probably return it.

Yeah it is a zipcd-r (made by Iomega http://www.iomega.com/zipcd/index.html).
Iomega tech support are pathetic. They have too much attitude and don't know anything about their own products. The website said it was Mac compatable and I ordered it, when it arrived it said PC only yet it is usb (so they said it would work still with my G3). However, they have no compatable software for it! They said I have to wait till March. Idiots!
