Importing a text file to a Custom Form

I need to import a tab delimited file into a custom form in Outlook 2000. The text file contains contact information which includes fields that don't exist in the standard outlook contact form. I have created a new form to cater for these fields. Now when I want to import this file, I cannot map the fields to the custom ones I have created for the form.

For example: One field is called SECURITY NUMBER, this field must be mapped to one in Outlook 2000.

When I go to MAP CUSTOM FIELDS in the Import and Export dialog, the only fields you can map to are the ones for the default Contacts Form.

How do I map my fields to the custom fields in my form?

You might want to look at http://www.slipstick.com/dev/customimport.htm for information regarding what you want to do.

Thanks, I didn't think I could, but you've given me a way to get around it.

Cheers.
